Kathmandu: The schedule of the 13th SAAF Championship Football Tournament has been changed.
The South Asian Football Confederation (SAFC) has revised the schedule for the tournament in the Maldives.
According to the revised schedule, the competition will be held from October 1 to 16, i.e. from September 15 to 30. Nepal will play the inaugural match against Maldives on October 30.
Similarly, they will play against Sri Lanka on October 3, India on October 8 and Bangladesh on October 8.
Pakistan and Bhutan will not participate in the tournament. The top two teams out of five will compete in the final.
