Kathmandu: Turkey will be responsible for the security of the World Cup soccer match in Qatar.
It was decided to send the army after Qatar asked for help for security. The Turkish Parliament has passed a proposal regarding the sending of troops to the Turkish Parliament last Saturday.
Turkey is preparing to send troops to Qatar for up to 6 months.
However, Turkey has not said anything about the number of troops it will send to Qatar. The World Cup football is going to be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
31 teams will participate in the World Cup.
