Kolkata placed to final after beating Bangalore by 4 wickets in the IPL

Kathmandu: Kolkata Knight Riders have qualified for the qualifiers by defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore by 4 wickets in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 Eliminator.

Kolkata will now play Delhi Capitals for a place in the final. The winner of this match will play against Chennai Super Kings for the title.

Bangalore completed the target of 139 runs set by losing 6 wickets with 2 balls to spare in Sharjah. Sunil Narine performed all round in the victory of Calcutta.

Sunil took 4 wickets for 138 runs and scored 26 runs. Shubman Gill and Venkatesh Ayre scored 29 and 26 runs respectively.

Earlier, Bangalore had scored 138 runs with the help of 39 runs by captain Virat Kahli.
