The Brazilian becomes Arsenal’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window after Marquinhos, Matt Turner and Fabio Vieira.

Jesus will wear the No. 9 shirt which was previously worn by Alexandre Lacazette, who has left to return to Lyon.

Arsenal’s technical director Edu said it was a great achievement for Gabriel to join the club and that the new season would be even more exciting.

Jesus, who has been with Manchester City for five seasons, has scored 95 goals in 236 games. Jesus made his debut for the Brazilian national team in 2016.
