Kathmandu: Nepal National Men’s Cricket Team New Jersey of has been made public.
Mysecond Teacher, the main sponsor of the Nepal Cricket Association CAN and the national team’s jersey, jointly unveiled the jersey on Saturday. Adarsh Pokhrel’s design is the best among the 500 applications received for the jersey design.
CAN had formed a four-member committee for selection. Among them were CAN central member Chhumbi Lama, general manager Raunak Malla, cricket manager Binod Das and a representative from Misecond Teacher.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) rules for jersey design have been complied with, CAN said.
Nepal is playing Cricket World Cup League 2 series in Oman next September. Before that, Papua New Guinea will play two ODI matches.
