Kathmandu: Nepal has been taken 2nd wickets of Malaysia in TU Cricket Ground. And has set a target of 224 runs to Malaysia in the triangular T20 International cricket series.

Batting first after losing the toss on Saturday, Nepal had given the target 223 runs for Malaysia with the losses of five wickets in the allotted 20 overs. For Nepal, Deepender Singh Eri scored 110 runs in 57 balls with the help of 6 sixes and 10 fours.

Similarly, Rahat Padel scored 51 runs. This is Dipendra’s first T20 International century. He is also the fourth player from Nepal to score a century in T20 Internationals. Earlier, Paras Khadka, Gyanendra Malla and Kushal Bhurtel had scored centuries in T20 Internationals.

For the bowling side, Malaysia’s Mohammad Waqif, Pawandeep Singh, Sajrul Idrus and Mohammad Amir took one wicket each. Today’s match is important for Malaysia.

Malaysia will advance to the final with four points if they win today’s match and Papua New Guinea (PNG) will advance to the final if they lose.
