KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has called former captain of the Nepali cricket team Paras Khadka at his official residence in Baluwatar and thanked him.

The Prime Minister thanked Paras, who retired from international cricket this month, for his contribution to the development of Nepali cricket.

Prime Minister Deuba wrote on Twitter, “Thank you to Paras Khadka for all the successes that Nepali cricket has achieved in two decades, those exciting victories that Nepalis will never forget and for inspiring us to dream bigger in cricket.”
