Kathmandu: Real Madrid beat Real Betis 1-0 in Spanish La Liga with a single goal from Daddy Carvajal.
After this victory, Real has risen to the top of the table.
The first half of Saturday night’s game at Betis’ home ground ended in a goalless draw. But in the 61st minute, Carvajal scored from a Karim Benzema pass to give Real the lead. The same goal was scored by Banda Real who added three points.
Real, which added seven points from three games after the victory, has risen to the top spot. Betis is in 14th place with 2 points from three games.
In other La Liga games, Real Sociedad beat Levante 1-0 and Athletic Bilbao Celta Vigo 1-0.
Sevilla, on the other hand, drew 1-1 with Ulche.
