Novak Djokovic enters Wimbledon quarterfinals

Kathmandu: Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has reached the quarterfinals of Wimbledon tennis.

Djokovic advanced to the quarterfinals after beating the Netherlands’ Tim van Rijthovan 3-1 in the Round of 16. Djokovic won the game against Rizzovan 6-2, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2.

Djokovic, who is looking for his 21st career Grand Slam title, will now face Italian player Yannick Siner. Tenth seed Sinar defeated Carlos Alcarez of Spain 6-1, 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 in the Round of 16.

Belgium’s David Goffin and Britain’s Cameron Nuri also advanced to the quarterfinals after winning other match on Sunday night.
