Nadal, who suffered from health problems during the quarterfinals, withdrew from the competition, saying his stomach problems had worsened.

After Nadal withdrew his name, his opponent Nick Kyrgyz reached the semi-finals without reaching the final.

In the final, Kyrgios will face Novak Djokovic of Serbia or Cameron Nuri of Great Britain.

On the women’s side, Tunisia’s Ons Jabiur and Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina reached the final.

Jabiur became the first Arab to reach the Wimbledon tennis final, beating Germany’s Tatiana Maria 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 in the semifinals.
