In the ninth minute of the match, Suman Reza scored for Bangladesh through a header. Anjan Bista scored for Nepal in the 88th minute through a penalty kick.
In the 79 th minute of the match, goalkeeper Anisur Rahman Ziko got a red card and was replaced by Ashraful Rana.
With today’s victory, Nepal has reached the final with seven points in four games. After playing four games, Nepal has won two, lost one and drawn one. To reach the final, Nepal needed at least a draw in today’s match.
Bangladesh, who lost today, are out of the tournament with five points from four games. Now, Nepal will play the winner of the next match (India and Maldives) in the final today.
