Kathmandu: The Nepali national cricket team has gone to Oman to play a tri-nation cricket series.
The 17-member Nepali team under the captaincy of Gyanendra Malla left Muscat this morning from Salaam Air, according to the Nepal Cricket Association CAN. The tri-nation series between Nepal, Oman and the United States under the World Cricket League-2 will be held from September 13 to September 19.
Before the series, Nepal will play two ODIs against Papua New Guinea on September 8 and 9. Nepal has already played four home matches against Oman and USA in the World Cricket League-2.
