Nepal’s Hora ranks ninth in PUBG Mobile World Cup, wins over Rs 15 million in prize money

Kathmandu. Nepali PUBG team Hora Esports has managed to secure ninth place in the PUBG Mobile World Cup under the ongoing eSports World Cup in Saudi Arabia.

Hora, who won Chicken Dinner in the final match of the final day of the finals, finished ninth overall with 100 points out of 18 matches.

With this win, Hora has won a total of $127,500 in prize money, including $27,500 for the group stage, $25,000 for the survival stage, $15,000 for the show match, and $60,000 for ninth place in the final.

This amount is 17.897 million 175 thousand 175 Nepalese rupees at today’s rate.

Hora Esports did not make it directly to the grand finals after finishing 13th overall in the league stage, which took place from last Friday to Sunday.

After failing to make it to the top 8 in the league stage, Hora competed in the survival stage and reached the finals by winning the survival stage. The provision was that the team in the top 8 of the survival stage would advance to the final stage.

In the survival stage, Hora scored a total of 108 points in 12 games, including 2 chicken dinners. Along with this, Hora also won $25,000.

Hora, who finished 13th in the league stage, also received a prize of $27,500 for that position.
