Kathmandu: Chitwan Tigers defeated Biratnagar Warriors by 2 wickets in the Everest Premier League (EPL).
Batting first after losing the toss at Kirtipur Ground, Biratnagar Warriors lost 9 wickets in 20 overs and scored 151 runs.
Sikandar Raja scored a half century of 67 runs for Biratnagar. Similarly, Anil Shah added 32 runs. Saurabh Khanal remained unbeaten on 30 runs. Sompal Kami, Kamal Airi, Karim Janat and Sagar Dhakal of Chitwan scored two wickets each
Chitwan Tigers completed the target of 152 runs set by Biratnagar Warriors in the match played at Kirtipur Ground on Sunday with a loss of 8 wickets.
Rajesh Pulami scored 43 not out, Bhim Sarki 30, Dilip Nath 23, Karim Janat 19 and Ishan Pandey 10 for Chitwan.
