In the sixth minute of the game in Kazan, Bell scored from the penalty spot to give Wales the lead. Vitaly Lisakovic equalized for Belarus in the 29th minute. Two minutes later, Pavel Cedico scored to give Belarus a 2-1 lead.
Wales took the lead in the first half but fell behind. But the bell shone in the second half. He added two goals. Bell equalized in the 69th minute with a second goal from the penalty spot. The game was tied in the allotted 90 minutes. But in injury time, Bell scored a hat-trick to give Wales the win.
This is Wales’ second win in Group E of the selection. Wales are third with six points from three games, while Belarus are fourth with three points from four games. Belgium tops Group E with 10 points from 4 games, while the Czech Republic is in second place with 7 points from the same game. Estonia is at the bottom with no points.
