SAFF U20: India is playing against Bangladesh today for the title

Kathmandu: India and Bangladesh will meet in the final match of the SAFF U-20 Championship football today on Friday.

The final match of the ongoing tournament in Bhubaneswar, India will be held this evening at the Kalinga Stadium.

In the league stage, Bangladesh reached the top position and India reached the final after being second.

Nepal, which finished third, was eliminated from the group stage.

Bangladesh defeated India 2-1 in the group match. On Friday, India has an opportunity to avenge the defeat, while Bangladesh wants to repeat the same result and lift the title.

Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Maldives and Sri Lanka participated in the competition. In the tournament held in 2019, India won the title by defeating Bangladesh 2-1 in the final.
