Kathmandu: Nepal will play against India for the title of SAAF Championship Football.
In yesterday’s match, Nepal drew 1-1 with Bangladesh and reached to the final while India reached the final by defeating Maldives 3-1.
The final match will be played at 8:45 pm. Nepal has reached the final for the first time while India has won seven times.
Nepal has reached to the final for the first time in the 13th edition of the SAAF Championship which started in 1993.
Anjan Bista scored from the penalty spot in the 88 th minute of the match for Nepal. Reaching the final for the first time, Nepal has added seven points in four games. India has 8 points.
