Rajeev Bikram elected member of Asian Athletics Association

Kathmandu – Rajeev Bikram Shah has been elected as a member of the Asian Athletics Association.

Shah, who is also the president of Nepal Athletics Association, was elected as a member by the General Assembly held in Bangkok, Thailand.

When voting for the position of working committee member, Shah got the highest number of 34 votes. There was a competition between 16 people for 8 members of the working committee.

Dahlan Zaman B Al Hamad from Qatar was elected unopposed as the president of the association.
