Kathmandu – Tribhuvan Army Club has lost to Chennaiyin Football Club in the Durand Cup in India.
Tribhuvan Army lost 3-0 against Chennaiyin in the match at Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium on Monday. For Chennaiyin, Farooq Chaudhary scored in the 22nd minute, Rahim Ali scored in the 40th minute and Raphael Krivelara scored in the 84th minute.
Now Tribhuvan Army will play against Hyderabad in the last match on August 22. Earlier in the match held on August 9, Army played a 1-1 draw against Delhi FC.
The winners of each group will qualify for the knockout stage. The best two teams from the six groups will advance to the quarterfinals.
