Kathmandu: Germany has entered the finals of the ongoing Women’s Euro Cup in Women’s Euro 2022 semifinal on Wednesday in Milton Keynes, England.

Germany came close to the title after defeating France 2-1 in the second semi-final match on Wednesday night.
Alexandra Popp scored both goals in Germany’s win. France got a gift goal. In the 40th minute of the game, Popp gave Germany an early lead.
However, in the 44th minute, Merle Fromms scored a suicide goal, and the game was tied at 1-1. Then, in the 76th minute, Popp scored a personal second goal to give Germany a 2-1 victory.
As the 12th edition continued, Germany managed to enter the finals for the ninth time. Now Germany will face the home team England for the title. The final will be held on the night of July 15.
Earlier, England defeated Sweden 4-0 and entered the final for the third time in the history of the Women’s Euro.
