Kathmandu – Gujarat Titans have registered their first win in Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket. Gujarat defeated Mumbai Indians by 36 runs in a match played in Ahmedabad yesterday.

Chasing a target of 197 runs to win, Mumbai scored 160 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Mumbai’s Suryakumar Yadav top-scored with 48 runs. Gujarat’s Mohammad Siraj and Prasidh Krishna took two wickets each.
Earlier, Gujarat, who had won the toss and elected to bat first, had scored 196 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Their Sai Sudarshan top-scored with 63 runs. Mumbai’s Hardik Pandya took two wickets.
Gujarat have won their first match in the second match. This is Mumbai’s second consecutive defeat. There are two matches being played in IPL cricket today.

Today’s first match will be played between Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad at 4:45 PM, and the second match will be played between Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings at 8:45 PM.
