Ronaldo also scored a hat-trick in the Premier League after 14 years and 59 days. This is the 49th hat trick of his career.
Ronaldo scored in the 12th, 38th and 81st minutes to give United the victory at Old Trafford.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane scored a penalty in the 35th minute, while United captain Harry Maguire scored a suicide goal in the 72nd minute.
After this victory, United has risen to the fourth position by adding 50 points from 29 games. Tottenham are seventh with 45 points.
