A Division National Futsal League starts from 7th August

Kathmandu: The A Division National Futsal League, which has been postponed due to the Corona epidemic, is scheduled to start on 7th August .

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced that the futsal league will start in Pokhara from August 7.

Earlier, the futsal league scheduled to be held from June 1 to 22 was postponed due to the Corona epidemic.

In the league to be held at the multi-purpose covered hall of Pokhara, 10 teams that have passed the selection stage will compete.

ANFA has selected teams from different states for the league. In the league, Futsal Five Dharan and The Rising Club Dharan from Province 1, Dhuku Futsal Hub from Bagmati Pradesh, Shankhamool Futsal, Prabhatpheri Youth Club and Sky Goal Futsal, Sports Castle from Gandaki Pradesh, Savin Memorial Futsal Club and Lumbini, Karnali and Far West from Lumbini. And Jharna Sports Club have been selected.

The winner of the league will get Rs 1 million and the runner-up will get Rs 500,000, according to ANFA. Players of Nepal’s national futsal team will be selected for the AFC Futsal Cup qualifiers from this competition.
