‘A’ Division League: Three matches are being played today

Kathmandu: Three matches will be played today in Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League Football. Under the fourth phase of the league, one match will be played today at Anfa Complex and two matches will be played at Dasharath Stadium.

Sankata Club and Church Boys United will be playing at 2:30 PM in the match at ANFA Complex. Sankata is in eighth place with 4 points in 3 games. Church Boys are on top with 9 points from 3 games. Similarly, in today’s first match at Dasharath Stadium, Jawalakhel Youth Club and Friends Club are playing at 2.30 pm.

Jawalakhel is in third place with 7 points in 3 games. Friends Club is in 12th position with 1 point from 3 matches. Machindra Football Club and Nepal Police Club will play in the second match at Dasharath Stadium.

This match will be played at 5:30 PM. Former champions Machindra are at the 13th position with 1 point in 3 matches while Police are at the bottom with no points in 3 matches. This season’s ‘A’ division league is being conducted on the basis of double round robin.

There will be a total of 182 matches in this league. This time the league winner will get Rs 75 lakh, the second team will get Rs 50 lakh and the third team will get Rs 25 lakh.
